Death penalty, life in prison in Eden Park shootout
One man was sentenced to death and another was sentenced to life in prison Friday morning for their part in the murder of Herman Curry and the manslaughter of year-old Alexander Kamara Jr. during a shootout at a soccer tournament in Wilmington’s Eden Park.

Despite testimony from Goodwin to the contrary Tuesday afternoon, Pryor said Phillips told her that "Leeson (has sex) with (Goodwin) for money and she was one of his girlfriends."
Goodwin denied Phillips knew that she had a sexual relationship with Leeson.
